We tested these pans in our Breville BOV900BSS Smart Air Convection Oven and Roasting Oven when we received them. I was very pleased with how well they fit on the oven rack as if the trays were made for that oven. We heated each pan to 425 and they didn't warp; very satisfied. Today we toasted carrots in the toaster using a baking sheet and one of the silicone mats and POP, the baking sheet warped less than halfway. Very disappointing as we love everything else about these pans. One corner has risen 3-4 inches so we are sending the pots and mats back and trying another brand. It's a shame, because otherwise we liked everything about these pans.
