bright, durable and lightweight

These party decorations from Nicolandee are a lot bigger than I expected. They are light, easy to open and stay in place. In fact, these are several cloths folded together. Please note that you do not remove the small ribbon in the middle like I did the first time. This will hold the pom pom together. If you do this, a piece of tape or a staple works well. It's a great party decoration and a lighter and more durable alternative to balloons.
