Works great! I also bought a Lasolite 3355 stand and a CowboyStudio photo/video kit with 3 lights and umbrellas (see my other reviews). I have a quasi-professional green screen studio for our corporate videos for less than β¬300. Adding a lighting kit is a must. to get the best green screen effect. As soon as I added the light, the green screen instantly disappeared with iMovie. Just replace with another background and look like a professional video/photo. I used the green side; I haven't tried the blue side. Even without a lighting set, very little light penetrates the material. I have a huge window behind my desk and very little light comes through even with the blinds open. The optional stand mentioned above brings the backdrop to just the right height for a seated person, or you can use it vertically for a standing person as well. later bought a Studio Hut 5x7 with brown/grey background (also left a review on it). It's great for headshots, video conferencing, etc. As for folding, yes YouTube videos help. But it's really not hard when you get it for the first time. I haven't seen anyone suggest this, but the logical way to do this is to attach a (short) end to the base of the wall and that gives you leverage. You never have to "kneel". Be careful when you open it. You have to be in a totally open space where you are nothing and nobody. As other reviewers point out, it grows with quite a bit of vigour. There's nothing to worry about, but it transforms from a small circle to a 7-foot-wide thing almost instantly. It is very portable and lightweight when folded into a round (flat) nylon bag. The cover is like an umbrella, not very thick. I tried putting it in my suitcase to check on the plane and it doesn't even fit in my largest suitcase. I suppose you could bet on checking it out for yourself, but it doesn't fit in a suitcase. I also tried my garment bag, too narrow. When closed, the circle measures 28 inches in diameter. You can compress the edges and maybe put in a 25-26 inch wide dress pocket. By the way, I recommend iMovie (Mac only). I was surprised at how easy it was to remove the green background and replace it with something else, as well as add a company logo, banner at the bottom, etc. I also have Adobe Premiere Pro on a PC and it's much more difficult. a professional photographer, so your opinion on how well a green screen works may vary.
