good tool. compact and very well built
I go through so many multimeters. I lose 'em, step on 'em and drop 'em, so I lock my Fluke in my tool box and lug equipment from the hardware store in my truck. I used to have cheap pincer gauges, but due to their quality I usually just use pincers to hold the tool. This is really the only feature that is really affected by quality (I've never seen a difference between different VOM readings). But I use this clip for its intended purpose with some confidence in its accuracy. It has a bright backlight and can be read from a wide angle. The LED is very handy, but if my only complaint is I wish it was a little brighter.
Pros
- NCV function and LPF function: non-contact voltage detection function with sensor to detect voltage and avoid electric shock without touching wires. The LPF function filters out the influence of the high-frequency signal on the measurement results, allowing the multimeter to measure more electrical parameters.
