Good features but sound issues

I really like that these speakers can be connected together. big potential. A NOTICE. If the speakers don't connect to each other, please update the software. I had this problem and their support team (who worked via email but responded quickly) got it right! Unfortunately, the volume control is not very good. I follow the instructions by cranking the volume up all the way on the phone and then just adjusting the volume through the speaker. Spring. this actually happens on the speaker. Although there are no numbers on the volume control, let's imagine a number from 0 to 10. It looks like this: 0 = no sound; 1 = barely audible; 2 = too loud; 3 = louder; etc. The solution is to turn down the volume on the phone and turn on the speakerphone. But then you don't get the full volume out of the speaker when you want to turn up the volume. When I use the speaker far away from the phone, it is inconvenient to constantly adjust the phone. I have to crank the phone up to full blast and then bury the speaker in a towel and hit "2" for normal low volume. Also, the bass is annoying. In fact it doesn't exist. Maybe just a silly bump. I put this last in my review because you shouldn't expect more from a speaker of this size and price.
