My 16 lb cat loves it!
I had a plain plastic cage for my cat. He didn't mind, but I didn't feel safe enough and I was afraid that he would betray me. He is larger than a 16 pound cat. It's very strong and I like the zippers. They don't shrink or fall apart. He enters immediately and loves the soft bed. Highly recommended.
