I ordered two of these and ordered a third arm right after installing them because that evening I thought they would work. However, one of the levers has already shown to be struggling to hold my 23" monitor upright. This is by no means a heavy monitor and is identical to the monitor I have on my other arm, which has shown no signs of trouble so far To be clear I'm talking about where the screen tilts, not arm raising/lowering, it feels like there's a lot of adjustment in the arm, but I feel like the tilt adjustment is broken , because it won't tighten anymore Edit: I contacted customer service and they were able to deal with it and replace the faulty arm :DEdit #2: I just updated my monitor settings so all my monitors are the same, after that I tried to getting the monitors to the same maximum height. It turns out that every monitor arm, even the standard arm, has some differences. Differences are everywhere, from different cable managements nt solutions to different tolerances in the vesa mount (some line better than others), the most noticeable difference is that the max Hey Fight guns are not all the same. The difference in maximum height of one and the other is about half an inch, which may not seem like much but is definitely noticeable.
