Review on Deruicent Charger Universal Battery RCR123 by Rachel Coppedge

*UPDATE* The seller contacted me immediately and offered to replace the charger for free. They also assured me that despite this warning on the box, the charger will actually automatically stop charging once the batteries have reached their full capacity. I am amazed at the kindness of this seller and look forward to buying more from them in the future. I received this charger a few days ago to charge extra batteries for my vape (Li-ion 18650s). The charger works well and is able to charge them, but the charging LEDs always show that the batteries are empty, even though they are 75% charged (tested on my vape, which gives specific percentages). This will certainly make it much harder to tell when the charge is complete, which was very disappointing, especially given the warnings on the packaging that specifically say not to charge the batteries after a full charge.
