Review on LIBERTY 942205 Soft Close Bearing 22 Inch by Cornelius Mosley

I built an 8 drawer base cabinet using 16 of these slides. Several kits broke due to Revain not using packaging material in the box. The slides are heavy and the cardboard causes the plastic soft close mechanisms to break as the slides bang into the cardboard and support things when delivered to me. In two months I installed these slides, every one of them failed in one way or another. From just a sticky/difficult to close and open mechanism to the worst - totally failed soft close in our most used drawer, the cutlery drawer. Liberty rear mount - JOKE! this is really VERY bad. I had to buy all kinds of metal clasps and try them all. I found a mount that worked quite well and allowed me to mount these mounts from the rear. I spent a lot of money on them. Attention buyers - if you buy cheap, you buy twice.
