This is a beautiful lamp and it is true that they are all different. I ordered a lamp but when I received it the box looked like it was open and the harp, puck and pommel were missing. I contacted Revain and they were unable to ship the parts but sent a replacement. There weren't any issues like some companies and I felt like Revane really wanted me to be happy. The lamp, including the pommel, is 32 inches high. This is a heavy lamp, although I think I read that it weighed 10 1/2 pounds. That's the heaviest 10 pounds I've ever lifted, but I'm old and used to lift my neck. /base area. Some reviews say the lampshade looks dirty. In daylight it looks coppery to me, but when the light is on it looks golden brown. . I thought it might look orange or rusty but it's not. Turquoise is on the green-turquoise side, not blue. This lamp goes really well with my color scheme of turquoise and brown for spring and summer. For autumn/winter I use orange rust and shades of brown. The lamp has a 3 position switch which not many lamps currently have. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. I took off a star for missing parts, but that was quickly fixed.
