Review on 🚗 TYC Cabin Air Filter, Model 800003P – Enhanced Single Filter for Optimal Performance in Vehicle's Cabin by Kyle Smernes

Received the cabin air filter for my 2013 Honda Accord on time. The first impression is good, the packaging seems adequate, the filter came in a sealed plastic bag with installation instructions. There are slight differences between the original Honda filter and the replacement filter. The airflow direction indicator on the Honda filter faces you when the filter is installed in the housing, the aftermarket direction indicator, although easy to read, is on the side not visible after the housing is installed. It's a minor thing, but the user is less likely to install the filter upside down with the original Honda filter. The secondary filter says "made in Taiwan" - I don't know where the Honda filter is made as there is no mark on the filter itself. Other than that, the fit and finish of the aftermarket filter is almost identical to the Honda filter and only time will tell if it performs as well as the original, I expect. I recommend this filter to anyone looking for a cabin air filter replacement. Please see the attached photos of the packaging material and the condition of the original Honda filter after 19,000 miles of use. Change the filter regularly - that's a cheap insurance.
