This vise is designed to attach to a small power drill from the same manufacturer but is of very poor design: a) The screw spacing is such that the vise cannot be aligned parallel or perpendicular to the Ground drill, making it very difficult to perform a simple task like drilling a group of holes equidistant from the edge; and b) the top and bottom bolts/nuts require a wrench to tighten, which means you have to turn the drill press on its side to access the bottom nuts and top bolts at the same time, and you can't tune them well your drill in a vise. They should have a design where the screw is on the bottom and can't turn, and the wing nuts on top so you can set the vise exactly where you want it when the drill is in its normal position. A small drill does exactly what it's supposed to do, and does it well.
