Edit - Not for long term wear! The surface eroded quickly, I had in my forward helix and after a month and a half my ear got so irritated by it that I got an infection! I cleaned it like normal and never have had an issue with sensitivity, I got it pierced 15 years ago. My skin isn't usually picky, so I fix my rating from 5 to 2, it could be nice for a septum for an evening or two. Just nothing long term.Original - I needed a tiny pretty hoop for my very healed forward helix peircing. The 6mm was perfect and the opal setting is mega cute!
