No difference: blue light blocking glasses
I tried wearing the glasses 3 hours before bedtime according to the instructions. I thought π maybe slept a little better but then I was busy and didn't have 3 hours at home before bed so I didn't wear them and I really didn't notice a difference. I thought maybe it was me so I wasn't planning on writing a review but I kept getting message after message from the seller wanting to leave a review so here it is. I don't think glasses affect my sleep in any way.
