I was happy to find Softlips Hello Kitty lip balm for my middle daughter and I. After using these lips for a day, my lips were flaky and irritated. My daughter had the same reaction. We use the regular soft lips all the time and are happy with that, but this one needs to be worded differently because we've both had irritating reactions.
