I like most about this product, it's user friendly interface for beginners who are new to SQL editing as well as query writing in general, easy navigation between tables using left/right arrows key or search box provided at top of window; great help while designing stored procedures etc., very nice auto-completion feature (using keywords); can be installed with different configurations depending upon your needs - default option may not suite you perfectly & will limit options during customization / upgrade time; sometimes the program hangs up when opening a file from network drive such as FTP server due to large size files which makes it difficult to use even after restarting machine.
