This is a very powerful massage gun in a mini pack with five intensity levels. The kit includes a user leaflet, a tiny pistol, a USB charging cable, and four massagers. The massage tools consist of a small round head, a small flat head, a U-shaped head and a finger-shaped (conical) head. USE - Small round (spherical) head - for massaging the back and large muscle groups such as thighs - Flat head (i.e. thin head) - for massaging all muscle parts of the whole body (meridians, joints, palms, soles) - U - shaped head - for massaging cervical vertebrae (spine, triceps) - finger head (i.e. conical head) - for massaging arms, palms, back etc. (for relaxation) I charged this three hours before when it was fully charged on my first use. Please note that the red charging lights must be on continuously to be considered fully charged. To work, I just unplugged it from the charging cable, plugged in the tool I wanted to use, and pressed the power button to turn it on. To increase the intensity level, I just quickly pressed the on/off button. There are five intensity levels. To turn it off, I long-pressed the power button. The built in handle is ergonomically designed making this the lightest massage gun I have ever used. It's still a highly functional pistol in a small package. It's slim, easy to carry, works well and is easy to use. The manual doesn't say if the battery is removable or swappable and I couldn't find a way to remove it. This way I can access my thighs and calves. , and any part of the front of my body and legs. However, if I need a back rub, I need someone to operate the gun. I love the simplicity of this massager and how good it feels in my hands. I can access more spots than other massagers simply because it has a handle. For example, I find it easier to use this alone on the lumbar region. Its portability is its best feature, along with the beautiful turquoise color, intensity level, and design. This is the second massager to get 5 stars from me out of 16 massagers I've tried. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't come with a case. Nobody wants to travel with it in a box; The cover must therefore be purchased separately. The current price of $36.99 is very reasonable given that other models in this caliber cost a lot more. I would have deducted a star for lack of a case, but not because of the low price.
