It literally started to smoke and crackle. I've only pressed the button 5 times and between each time I'm afraid about 5 minutes have passed. full refund and asked me to delete my "negative review". They fixed an issue I personally had, but I think it's worth noting that I still don't think this is a good product and you probably shouldn't be getting it. If it smokes that easily then it's poorly made, I didn't expect it to be amazing for $10 but it's not safe and I can't ignore it. So I put my rating in the middle, the company handled it well and quickly, but it's definitely a security issue. I am in between.
