We used this software extensively when handling our events at venues such as The Royal Albert Hall, Wembley Stadium or even smaller shows like V Festival, Download festival etc; however nothing I can say would sound negative about their service/products they provide us as an organisation! From ticketing through to aftercare services - everything was taken care of without fail.

No issues found that could be detrimental towards using them again. If you want a great product who are always looking forward then look no further than venueXchange. Their support team were amazing throughout my time working with them (even though i am not technically involved anymore).
