Review on 👜 Solo New York Top-Notch Briefcase by Mike Meyers

Really great overall design for a lightweight, all-around bag for your daily commute. But - a strap on the handle came loose before the end of five weeks - easy to use - but a week after the end of the return period. Very disappointed. Request a 5 year warranty but I can't find a way to ask for help as the return window is closed. UPDATE JUNE 18, 19: SOLO replaced the bag right after I contacted them and sent pictures of the problem. This bag is a great size for my daily commute. I use a backpack for serious travel. The size is perfect for my laptop. I bought a padded laptop bag just to be careful. I am very satisfied and will see how this replacement bag holds up with use.
