By far the best work bag I've had to date, at a relatively reasonable price. The bag has many pockets and durable stitching. The shoulder strap is the right size for the bag but is very comfortable. I carry a work laptop (ie old and heavy) with me along with papers and stuff in each pocket. On other bags I've had, the shoulder pad is completely oversized and doesn't stay where it should. This bag will not fit existing laptops. This makes them unsuccessful as a laptop bag. The laptop compartment in this bag is really spacious - so much that the laptop just slides in. It's *much* larger in all dimensions than you need for a 15.6-inch laptop. Really great overall design for a lightweight, all-around bag for your daily commute. But - a strap on the handle came loose before the end of five weeks - easy to use - but a week after the end of the return period. Very disappointed. Request a 5 year warranty but I can't find a way to ask for help as the return window is closed.
