When I work in the grocery store, I cut boxes all day, 5 days a week. It's very hard to find a sturdy, well-built case opener for everyday use and this one caught my eye with a small size that fits perfectly in my pocket and a ceramic blade for a more durable cutting edge. Delivery was quick and well packaged! The design is simple and feels good in the hand. I looked forward to using it! 2-3 days of use with no problems. That's when I started to find problems. The blade continued to stick to the tape and due to the blade's automatic retraction, I had to open it several times to clean it. Then, after a small fall, the blade fell out and has been dangling ever since. It's a good cutter but only for home use, opening Amazon packages and that's it. Not for the heavy use of countless boxes, tape and plastic packaging.
