Setup messed up. Writes like Buttah

It's a little tricky to use. I've tried removing and reinstalling it and messed up mine a bit. I still use it today because it makes writing with a pen smooth. You can order another one if the current one bothers you. Too bad I wasn't in a hurry to install it.
