The machine immediately proved to be capricious: due to a weak pump, you need coffee with a strictly defined degree of grinding, which is determined experimentally. We are not talking about the use of purchased ground coffee. Rarely, when you manage to make coffee the first time, a lot of coffee and nerves have been spent. By December, it almost stopped working, today, on 12/22/21, I turned to the service department. The call is fast, but they refuse to return the money for their garbage (!), They impose a long warranty repair (the effect of which I'm not sure). If suddenly the service department can do something, I will change the review. I also note that at the slightest inclination, liquid flows out of nowhere from the machine, the inside of the cone often sticks after cooking, a lot of little things with ill-conceived ergonomics. Parents bought a Polaris coffee machine for less money - heaven and earth! Also used the old Gaggia, it was better too.
