When I received this backpack I was consciously impressed with the texture and quality, but after The strap started to deteriorate after the first wear. unbound! There was only one laptop in the backpack, so it shouldn't have torn apart so quickly! This was bought as a Christmas gift and I'm disappointed that her gift doesn't last! Reading other reviews I see that I'm not the only one who had this problem with this product!
