There are things I like and dislike about these pens. I would say it's 3.5 stars. I actually really like pens, but I don't like brush markers. I would say that for the price I paid they are worth it just for the brushless pens. There are very thin, thin, medium and 3 brushes. However, it's impossible to tell them apart until you open them, which can be annoying. I have included a picture of a letter with each of them. You can see the brush marker compared to several others. I like the one on the right better. There is also a photo of the back of regular printer paper to show if they bleed. When using calligraphy, it is difficult to get a particularly fine line. It's very flexible but doesn't have much rebound. This is not the case with the smaller ones, they are stiffer but still flexible for big shots. I haven't had to add ink yet, but I've only used it a couple of times. I put some laundry tape on them to tell them apart. I would be very happy about a smaller brush in between, instead of 3 of the same size.
