Wow! just wow! This mouthguard has changed my sleeping habits for the better. before I grind all my mouthguards. It relaxes my jaw and now I sleep through the night. I no longer wake up with a headache or jaw pain. I'm going through a bit of an adjustment period where my muscles aren't used to working every night, but the soreness is nowhere near the pain I've gotten used to for years.
