They sent me a 210 leather bag for free (which I really love) and most importantly they said they had contacted the manufacturer of the defective bag for problems, that I had with warping my expensive new pencils. Revane also very unexpectedly gave me a cash loan. I feel like this company and Revain went above and beyond to keep their customers happy and I am grateful to both of them for that. When I have problems with broken wires (only time will tell) I have been compensated for it. Thanks again to both companies!
