Works very well, straps too long to be sure but easy to fix

We bought 2 of these. Our 2 year old and 4 year old share a room and love keeping each other awake and the 2 year old is a master escape. The goal was to contain Houdini Jr. and also give them some separation. Tents solved both problems. It won't have a 4 year old in it, he's either figured out how to unwrap it from the inside or he can teleport, we're not sure what. But a 2 year old can't go out alone. They can still see each other, but not as well, and they like to have their own space. They came without instructions. Here's what we found through trial and error: - It fits snugly on the baby cradle/mattress, which is good - it doesn't crawl through the floor. For easy installation, first remove the mattress. Set up the tent, spread out the sides and make sure the parts that go under the mattress are laid out properly. Then open one side and insert the mattress. Ready! The ties are long enough to pose a strangulation hazard, especially if pulled off the tent, which can happen if you tie it too tight. Tie a nice, strong knot, but loose enough so the tie won't snap when your child rocks the tent. Then cut the ends of the ties long enough so they can be easily untied and retied if you need to remove the tent for any reason (e.g. to clean). The ends do not crumble, they are no longer hemmed.

Pros
  • Same as everything before
Cons
  • Vulgarity
