Straps TOO SHORT - back, neck and shoulder support

Due to 'back issues' I can't reach and attach the brace properly. The straps are too short. DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE BACK PROBLEMS! Wasted my $$$$$! Additional items marked. The velcro used is cheap crap from China. The straps don't stay put. The seller should be ashamed for selling such a crappy product!
