I really have something to complain about. My main concern is how they brand the product. If you're new and buying your first rack, be sure to check out all sizes. So I bought the wrong one. I was trying to find rails that fit my server and as a result of my research I found out that this is the wrong rack. They make a larger one that costs a bit more, but it didn't come up in my original search. May I suggest that you somehow include the size in the title to make your products easier to find and understand. I can still use the smaller 15U on another table but I really needed the larger one in depth to accommodate my server and UPS. Also, the instructions were really terrible. I had to find a YouTube video to figure out how to assemble. The stand is really good and durable quality. If you plan to use rack fans, I suggest rewiring and installing a fan controller.
