The colors of the plugs are just like the pictures and shipping was pretty fast for not being Prime. I thought I would start off with something positive and give credit for the good things about this product. Other than that I am very unhappy and dissapointed with this purchase. I have NO IDEA what to look for when it comes to what sizes are correct. The bag says 14g, I would trust and assume, well I DID trust and assume it was correct but now I am hesitant to proceed with this kit and had to order a different one.On Friday night my Fiance and I started to gauge our ears. I went first with the 14g taper and I was going to follow it through with the black 14g acrylic plug. The taper went in smoothly, but when my Fiance went to push the plug through it met a lot of resistance. Getting frustrated, she put the taper back in and tried to put the plug into the other ear, no go. So we started with her ears and repeated the tapering process. She wanted me to try the white plugs instead. I had the plugs in a small dish of alcohol and noticed with all "14g" plugs next to each other, the black plug that was trying to go into my ears originally was much larger than the other 3. I opened up the 12g bag to compare and low and behold it matched. I will be the first to tell you it doesn't feel good trying to push a 12g plug into a 14g hole. Ecspecially when this is the first start to the gauging process. The white plugs went into my fiances ears with ease. This is one of those mistakes that is hard to overlook. I don't want to bash the product because the colors are awesome, all gauge sizes came individually bagged, and it got here quick. I just can't trust going forward that I won't run into the pain of what I went through Friday. Over stretching can be so damaging and even a permanent problem. Thumbs Down!When we get the new sets we had to order we are goingt o swap them out and unfortunately these are going back. I REALLY wanted to love these but my only advice is to triple check the sizes before you start pushing these into your ears, I sure learned my lesson.
