I bought this as a post-surgical suit for my pup after her spay. It was the only thing I found that completely covered the surgical area. It did not rub the area as it stretched from chest to backend without really touching. She seemed pretty comfortable wearing it and didn't try to lick or scratch at all. The snaps down the back made it easy to slip on and off for washing, although they were very hard to snap up the first time. Once done, they were much easier. I didn't have to remove it or unsnap it for her to go potty (either one), which was great. My only regret is that I didn't buy two so she had one to wear while the other was being washed. I highly recommend this suit! Fit was pretty accurate.
