Recommend for a double zero or higher, I just stretched to a double about 3 weeks ago, one of my ears is a little bit sensitive where as the other one healed up with no issues, these go in pretty smooth but make sure your ears are healed. I also recommend using some jojoba oil. These are perfect for easy washing, very comfortable for sleeping and the colors are cute. The red isn't a super true red though if you just want red I suggest buying something else. If you have trouble with these then you should try folding them in half of stringing it through hollow single flare plugs that will for sure get them in. I'm still stretching but for now I'm giving my ears a break and enjoying these.
