AFTER CONTACTING ANUSHA BY PHONE I WAS STATED TO SEND PHOTOS. THEN I SENT THE BAG (COST ME $20) TO ONE OF THEIR LEATHER EXPERTS. ANYUSHKA DECIDED TO REPLACE THE BAG. EVERYTHING WAS DONE IN TIME AND I NOW HAVE A NEW BAG. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED HOW THE COMPANY SOLVED MY PROBLEM AND CONTACTED ME AT EVERY STAGE! The bag is beautiful and I've had many compliments, but I only started using this bag last week and one of the straps came off completely. This should never have happened even if I used the bag in June when I received it. I am requesting information on how to solve this problem. I need to repair or replace. GRATITUDE!
