Review on 🔋 Norelco RQ11 Sensotouch 2D Rotary Head Replacement for Models 1150X - 1180X: Top-Notch Performance Guaranteed by Denise Ward

I bought this wonderful Norelco shaver for my husband many, many years ago and in 7-8 years we have only had to replace the heads twice! This razor was the best ever. He loves to. I bought THIS new replacement head for it in July and it was NOTHING BUT SHIT. I am so disappointed in the quality. He's just pulling his hair. Doesn't cut or shave like it used to. I specifically made sure that this one is from Phillips to avoid counterfeiting. What the hell happened to the quality? For such money for a replacement, it is better to work like new, but this one is rubbish in general. I want my damn money back or a new replacement!
