We have used several splat colors in the past. Many of them are what you would expect. In this case we prepped the hair accordingly, followed all the directions, and purple isn't purple at all, its grape wine red is the best description I can think of. The scalp was colored purple where it met the skin, but the color of the hair was completely different. We bought teal and blue. Blue comes out almost the same as turquoise, just a little less than green. I will not buy purple again. 1 pack is not enough for all hair unless you have thin or short hair.
