Everyone in my family wears glasses. Every time you wake up, the screw will fall out or you will have to loosen the nozzle. It's so hard to find a repair kit when you really need it. So after that you have to look everywhere for one and not find it. We ended up just going to the local ophthalmologist who helped us like a living nose during the holidays.
