So here are the two main reasons why I would not buy this product. First, none of the plugs fit the outlet exactly. If you're using this in a place where it won't be pushed or slapped, it might be fine. However, because the plugs fit so freely into nine outlets, the "plugged in" things come out so far that if placed in a spot where they can hit, they won't work anymore. Second, nine branches are too close together. Many plugs today have a large surface area, so that when they are plugged in, they overlap with surrounding sockets. Because of this you may be able to access 4 of our 5 sockets used by this product, but not be able to use all 9 sockets as most of them are partially blocked by the size of the plug which partially interferes with the nearby socket. I literally couldn't use half of the outlets in this unit for this very reason. (As a side note, this extender is very, very light and appears to be poorly made. It's not made out of heavy plastic and doesn't have a strong cord.) So good luck with that if you buy one. I was surprised and disappointed by that. I wouldn't buy it again.
