It's so annoying! The on/off switch is located on the underside of the device. Every time you want to use it, you have to take off your iPad, turn it upside down, turn off and then turn on the button and wait for the bluetooth to connect. If for some reason iPad stops playing or you pause it because you need to answer the phone, this device will turn off automatically. Then you have to remove the ipad again, turn it upside down, turn it off and on again and wait for the bluetooth to connect. Hundreds of times a day. Now I only use it to put my iPad on it and still use my old speaker.
