Review on Sony DualSense Gamepad, Galactic Magenta by Mateusz Walkowski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I'm very happy, it really is worth buying.

Bought in order to evaluate it alongside the Xbox series controller. I would say that they are roughly comparable in terms of quality and texture, although there are some notable distinctions: 1. The primary distinction, in my opinion, is the vibration; on the Xbox, it is gentler and, in my opinion, more pleasurable than the vibration on the dualsense 5. 2. It is simple to connect to a computer. Xbox provides a connection that is simple and nearly invisible. When using dualsense, it may be challenging to connect to a personal computer. 3. The location of the stick and the kristovina - for me, it turned out that it doesn't matter how they are located, as I got used to both possibilities very simply and quickly. I don't care how they are located. However, some players could feel awkward or out of place in some games. In Mortal Kombat, I prefer using dualsense; for racing, I recommend using Xbox; in other games, it's up to you to select; nevertheless, in The Witcher, I found both alternatives to be useful.

Pros
  • Quality build, quiet button pressing
Cons
  • minus one, and this is a matter of opinion. I want to make sure you understand that the minus is described for the PC. Extremely powerful vibration. The shaking is most noticeable when I play Forza Horizon 4, which is unfortunate because it's one of my favorite games. Given that practically everything has a vibration, the fact that this particular vibration is so strong is a disadvantage. If you use it for games in which vibration is uncommon, such as fighting games (MK11 and others), adventures (The Witcher), or arcades (NFC), then it is a very good controller to have.
