I converted the 2x PCIe 2230 240GB NVME drive that was in the laptop to Dell USFF storage, which we are using with this for Use kitchen PCs. Dell doesn't offer a mounting point for the 2230, so this little adapter saved the day. Watch your breakpoints and your screws and everything will go smoothly.
