Useless Scanner for Automotive Diagnostics
Using this product, our team found that it was completely unreliable and did not accurately diagnose any issues in the vehicles we tested it on. The software is outdated and the user interface is clunky and confusing. The only positive aspect is that it was able to connect to the vehicles we tested. However, that was the only benefit we found. Overall, we do not recommend this product for anyone in need of a reliable automotive diagnostic tool.
