Review on 🎧 Parrot Zik 2.0 Yellow Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones - Ultimate Sound Experience by Dee Mills

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Overall a good pair of bluetooth headphones with flaws

Good headphones at around $100 you can buy them for now. I wouldn't pay more. Parrots sound great AFTER you set them up with an annoying app. Noise-cancellation is excellent at about 90 percent of what Bose offers. Bose continues to be the best noise-cancelling technology in the industry. They're good at it, but MAKE NO MISTAKES, they're not as good as Bose. Parrots are a little heavy on the head and fit the ear well. If you have big ears this may not be for you. The swipe controls are annoying at times because they don't always work and you have to swipe them multiple times to increase or decrease the volume and change tracks. It often stops when you want to change the volume, very annoying. Sound quality is good for Bluetooth headphones but not great. The heights are a bit shrill and have to be adjusted via the app. If you're tech-savvy you might like this, but if you want something simple right out of the box, look elsewhere. Assembly-wise, I didn't notice the ear cups peeling off like some of the other reviewers did, so that wasn't an issue. There were no problems connecting via Bluetooth either (even with the outdated version of Bluetooth 3.0). Overall, I give the sound quality out of the box 5 out of 10 (compared to other premium Bluetooth headphones). Noise cancellation 8 out of 10 compared to the best. Comfort I rate it 6 out of 10. For me they get hot in my ears after an hour and the weight combined with the way they sit on my head is not ideal. 3 stars
