To make a decent-sized smoothie, you need to split the recipe in half. It doesn't quite cut through most of the time. If you want to make 2 cocktails it takes forever. When you need a small, budget quality smoothie every time, this can be difficult to manage, but personally I'd happily spend more on a large blender with more potential. For my purposes I give 2 stars but honestly I will give 3 because it might be good enough for a lonely person. Definitely don't make smoothies for the family with this thing, you'll be making a cup of Dixie at a time all night.
