Ankle pain in shoes

I usually LOVE vionic and I have a lot of them but this was my first pair of sneakers. I've worn them twice. For the first time since, I had pain in my ankle. The second time I had debilitating ankle pain afterwards. Like it kept coming out of the joint and the pain was terrible until after a few steps it got better. I'm sure the alignment just doesn't align with me, but wanted people to know if that happens to them.
