One of the ear cups works perfectly as described; However, the other does not close in the ear. The plastic strip inside appears to be slightly bent, which prevents this. I would not recommend it. Update: 09/01/2020. The company contacted me after seeing my first review, which I can add without asking, and asked for my address. I gave them to them and they sent me another pair. I give the company 5 stars for their customer service; something you rarely see in business today. Update: March 2020, unfortunately I cannot recommend this product. While I appreciate the idea, the ear cuffs just don't close on the ear, let alone like that. The plastic part inside that is supposed to control the opening/closing needs a little extra work. Don't waste money. There is still work to be done on the design and materials before the cuffs will work properly. I throw them away. I will not take care of a return.
