I started with the orange plastic thing. I pushed it down the drain about an inch and pulled it out again. I met no resistance and didn't pull hard, but it almost broke in my sink. It had a tuft of hair, and if it had been made from less brittle plastic I think it would have been an amazing tool. Then I grabbed the drain snake and it just wasn't assembled properly. The claw hook doesn't work at all. The last Bristol coil tool should be great and actually pulled a lot of dirt out of my drain but the tip capped and came off in the drain. Luckily he found some hairs which I extracted, but everything was done so cheaply that I don't recommend ever trying these tools in your inventory.
