Today I received an ASUS vivobook 15 for my daughter. My chosen option: ASUS VivoBook 15 15.6" FHD laptop, AMD Ryzen 5 3500U quad-core processor up to 3.7 GHz (Beats i7-7500U), 8 GB DDR4 RAM, 512 GB PCIe SSD , Webcam, Online Lesson Ready, Silver, Windows 10, iPuzzle Mousepad Overall, this is a very nice laptop and my daughter loves it, but it's a shame there are no keyboard backlight settings (the f7 key doesn't have the function to turn the keyboard backlight on or off) I'm very disappointed with this because when I was browsing the Revain store for laptops, the backlit keyboard is a must because it helps to find the key and won't hurt a child's eyes, which is looking for very dark key characters.The color of it Laptop keyboard characters are very bright and difficult to see.No keyboard backlight,this is a big disadvantage for the product and harmful to the child's eyes.Please pay attention to your product spec ication to write correctly! UPDATE: After contacting iPuzzle Online seller, they immediately sent me the paid UPS label and gave me a full refund. when they received my returned package. ie fast iPuzzle response and great customer service.
