I am upset and disappointed with the return policy. He loved the first bag we got and we had no problems, he threw up the second bag violently. I thought maybe make 2 and the duck heart was too much so the next day when he asked for this treat I gave him a beef heart. He vomited again and again. Okay, maybe I'm a bad mom, but we still thought maybe it had nothing to do with it. I waited 5 days and gave him a quarter round and he threw up 4 times, nothing came out after the first 2, it was heartbreaking! Something is wrong with that bag of beef hearts and you state that they must always be in OUR hands because of possible bacteria. However, they do not accept any objections for this poor batch - again very disappointed. I'm too scared to try duck hearts so there's a lot of loose change in the trash.
